Production company expands into feature film and long-form storytelling with two projects in post-production, four titles in active development and signing of Nick Barr

​STLL STUDIOS, the award-winning commercial and narrative production company behind the Gold Telly-winning short film FORZA and the acclaimed Cavender's campaign, has launched STLL ENTERTAINMENT, its dedicated narrative film division. Alongside the launch, the company has signed Nick Barr as head of narrative production to lead the division's growing slate.

Making films has always been the destination. For Lester Platt, the conviction took root early: that the tools and sensibility behind exceptional commercial work - precision, story, a genuine point of view - were the same ones required to make great cinema. When he met Nick Barr, a filmmaker who shared that exact belief, STLL ENTERTAINMENT became inevitable.

The division launches with two feature films already in post-production - Each Other's Country and Odie - and four additional titles in active development, spanning character-driven drama and genre storytelling with strong commercial and festival potential.

A Division Built for Storytelling

STLL ENTERTAINMENT was established to formalise what STLL STUDIOS had been quietly building toward for years. The company's acclaimed commercial work demanded the same discipline, craft, and story-first commitment that feature filmmaking requires. The division is the natural extension of that foundation, not a departure from it.

Nick Barr Named Head of Narrative Production

Nick Barr joins STLL ENTERTAINMENT as head of narrative production, overseeing the full creative and logistical pipeline for the division's feature film and long-form projects, from development through delivery.

Two Films in Post-Production, Four in Development

STLL ENTERTAINMENT enters the market with production already underway. Each Other's Country and Odie are both currently in post-production, with additional details on distribution and release to be announced. Four additional titles are in active development, reflecting the company's interest in character-driven stories with strong commercial and festival appeal.

The launch comes on the heels of STLL STUDIOS' strongest awards season to date: three Telly Awards, including a Gold for FORZA, a Gold for the Cavender's campaign, and a Silver for HOME.
